1. Overview
All white-label scripts sold by Ripe Melland Media LLC are one-time intellectual property transfers. Each purchase grants the buyer full ownership of the work, including all copyrights, story rights, and derivative rights.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
The product is a digital asset delivered immediately upon payment.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
The seller retains no creative or financial interest after the sale.
2. Ownership Transfer
Upon successful payment:
You become the sole owner of the purchased script and all related materials.
Ownership includes all adaptations, remakes, sequels, prequels, publishing, and merchandising rights, in perpetuity.
Ripe Melland Media waives all moral rights and does not require credit.
No further payment, royalties, or attribution are owed.
3. No Refunds / No Chargebacks
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of these assets, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks are permitted.
Purchase constitutes an irrevocable sale of creative property.
Any attempted reversal of payment will be treated as fraudulent, and all rights will automatically revert to Ripe Melland Media.
4. Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable ZIP folder containing:
The editable screenplay file (.fdx)
PDF read-only copy
Certificate of Ownership Transfer
Key art and marketing assets (if applicable)
All files are delivered automatically via secure digital link.
5. Warranties
Ripe Melland Media warrants that:
The work is 100% original and created solely by the seller.
No portion infringes any third-party rights.
All works are free of liens, claims, or guild restrictions.
6. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
Ripe Melland Media’s total liability is limited to the purchase price.
No claims may be made for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
7. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida before a single arbitrator under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Rules. Each party waives the right to jury trial or class action. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does “white label” mean?
You own it outright. You can change titles, edit dialogue, rewrite scenes, or sell it again under your brand. Ripe Melland Media retains no authorship, credit, or royalty stake.
Do I get exclusive rights?
Yes. Once sold, a script is removed permanently from the catalog. It will never be resold or reissued.
Will my name appear anywhere on the script?
You can add your name, company, or writer’s credit immediately. The original author’s information is removed before delivery.
Can I request a custom script?
Yes — inquire via email. Custom commissions follow separate pricing and terms. Learn more.
Can I adapt the script into a book, series, or film franchise?
Yes. Ownership includes all derivative rights in perpetuity.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
No. Because the asset is delivered instantly and contains the full intellectual property, all sales are final.
